viralai is a recut tool. You sign in, upload a video, and we transcribe it, score it, cut short clips, and show you captions. We process your content to run the product — not to build an ad profile of you.
Account
When you sign up we store your email and password so you can sign in again. Your uploads are linked to your account so you can see them on your account page.
What we store per upload
- The file you upload, extracted audio, frames, transcript, and recut clips.
- Optional email if you ask us to notify you when the job is done.
- Payment records when you pay to download (via Razorpay — we do not store card numbers).
- Feedback you send, and anonymous page-view counts (no IP, no cookies).
How long
Job files are deleted automatically after 48 hours, or sooner if you delete the job from your result page. We do not keep a public gallery of your videos.
Who can see your upload
Only you (when signed in) can open jobs tied to your account. Anyone with a direct job link could open older anonymous uploads — do not share links if the file is private.
We use automated AI to read transcripts and frames so we can write hooks and pick cuts. We do not sell your video or train public models on it without your consent.
